We are seeking a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Specialist to support our fast-growing Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. This role is ideal for someone early in their RevOps career who loves building systems, analyzing data, and helping teams operate more efficiently.

You'll work across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize tools, data, and processes that drive revenue. This role requires curiosity, precision, and the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights.

Your Impact

You'll ensure the GTM engine runs smoothly by maintaining clean data, actionable reports, and streamlined workflows. Your insights will help leadership make better decisions, improve sales efficiency, and enable the company to scale effectively.

Core Responsibilities

Analytics & Reporting

  • Maintain and update dashboards tracking key GTM metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates, and deal velocity.
  • Analyze performance trends across sales and marketing funnels to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
  • Support leadership with revenue forecasting and progress tracking.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports that guide strategic decisions.

RevOps Systems & Tools

  • Manage daily usage and upkeep of HubSpot, Apollo, and related GTM tools.
  • Ensure data accuracy, resolve integration issues, and maintain clean CRM records.
  • Assist in onboarding and training teams on new tools or workflows.
  • Suggest and implement process automation to boost efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure smooth data flow and handoffs.
  • Communicate insights clearly to help teams move faster and make smarter decisions.
  • Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting RevOps systems and data questions.
Requirements

Must-Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or related roles (internship experience welcome).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot and Apollo preferred) and Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication.
  • Comfortable working asynchronously with global teams.
  • Proficient English written and verbal communication.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with automation tools or integrations (Zapier, Make, etc.).
  • Exposure to revenue forecasting or GTM analytics.
  • Familiarity with startups, SaaS environments, or AI products.
