What You'll Do:

  • Handle inbound calls and log service tickets
  • Track and manage support requests using ConnectWise Manage
  • Monitor technician workloads and prioritize tasks
  • Support day-to-day client coordination and service delivery

What You'll Need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a US/international voice account
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and a team player
  • Willing to work onsite (BGC) and on night/rotating shifts
