Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Provide accurate and helpful information to resolve customer issues.
  3. Manage customer orders, including manual entry and monitoring automated order processes.
  4. Offer product and service information to customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
  5. Research required information using available resources to provide informed solutions.
  6. Escalate technical issues to relevant stakeholders as needed.
  7. Participate in training and learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and role.
  8. Perform administrative tasks related to the service or projects, such as ticket category analysis and rebooking.
Requirements:
  1. At least 1 year of customer service experience with Supply Chain Management.
  2. Excellent communication skills in English, both speaking and writing.
  3. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  4. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a diverse environment.
  5. Team player.
  6. Able to work morning shifts.
  7. Positive attitude and receptive to constructive feedback.
  8. Client-oriented mindset.
  9. Basic knowledge of SAP system.
  10. Experience with Australian customer service accounts is an advantage.
  11. Experience handling appliances is preferred.
  12. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
