Job Title: Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone support.

Requirements:
Minimum Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
  • Customer service experience
  • Phone-related customer service experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong listening and comprehension skills
  • Able to work in a team environment

Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced call center environment

Physical Demands:
  • Sedentary work
