The General Manager will lead and oversee the end-to-end management, performance, and growth of the business. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, compliance with regulatory guidelines, managing sales and distribution channels, leading the team, and driving strategic initiatives to achieve revenue and expansion goals. The General Manager will serve as the overall leader of the business unit, reporting to senior management and aligning operations with the company's vision and objectives. In addition, the GM will oversee the operations of the Sari Lotto Project in preparation for its launch
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency across all touchpoints (retailers and key accounts)
- Drive sales growth through effective marketing and distribution strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Manage financial performance, budgeting , and cash flow accountability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team for optimal performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, partners, and stakeholders.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 8-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in retail, gaming or distribution.
- Strong leadership, financial management, and compliance background.
- Excellent communication , problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Integrity-driven, results-oriented, adaptable to fast-paced operations.

- Business and Sales Acumen - Strong grasp of sales strategies and retail growth.
- Financial Management - Budgeting forecasting , and P&L oversight.
