We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Restaurant General Manager to lead one of our Sicilian Roast branches. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering consistently excellent guest experiences in upscale casual dining.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Branch Leadership & Operations

  • Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth front-of-house and back-of-house coordination
  • Standardize FOH procedures to maintain high-quality service and consistency
  • Lead branch-level problem-solving and ensure operational efficiency

Performance & Strategy

  • Monitor branch KPIs, financial performance, and customer feedback
  • Recommend improvements based on data and insights
  • Identify local trends and events that may impact sales and guest volume

Team Management

  • Supervise and mentor Assistant Managers and FOH staff
  • Conduct regular performance reviews

Guest Experience

  • Ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience
  • Address escalated customer concerns professionally and promptly
  • Collaborate with Marketing for branch-level promotions and events

Compliance & Standards

  • Enforce health, safety, and labor regulations at the branch level
  • Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards
  • Ensure staff follow proper use of POS and other systems

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or General Manager in the food & beverage or hospitality sector
  • Proven leadership experience in upscale casual dining (not luxury)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in English is a plus
  • Proficiency with basic computer programs is a plus
  • Knowledge of Italian cuisine or hospitality is a plus
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
