Job Summary:

The IT Support Specialist provides technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and system issues across the retail organization. The role ensures smooth IT operations in both office and store environments, maintaining business continuity and enhancing user productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues in stores, warehouses, and offices.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, POS systems, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Manage and support retail-specific applications, including POS, inventory, and back-office systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patches on systems and software.
  • Assist in setting up user accounts, access rights, and system security.
  • Monitor IT assets, ensuring proper inventory, deployment, and lifecycle management.
  • Ensure adherence to IT policies, standards, and security protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT support, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, POS systems, printers, networks).
  • Proficiency in common operating systems and business applications (MS Office, email systems).
  • Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches).
  • Good problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

Willing to be assigned at Power Plant Mall, Rockwell, Makati City.
