
Territorial Distributor Developer

Job Qualifications:
- College graduate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Experience in handling Territorial Distributors is an advantage
- Ability to drive both four-wheel and two-wheel vehicles is an advantage
- Familiarity with Territorial Distributor operations
- Physically fit and able to perform fieldwork
- Willing to accept project-based employment
- Assigned area: Central Visayas
Job Responsibilities:
- Source new Territorial Distributors (TDs) within the assigned area.
- Provide a complete list of requirements for prospective TDs.
- Schedule meetings with TD applicants and their superiors to discuss the GBPI TD program.
- Submit complete requirements of new TDs to the immediate superior.
- Provide regular updates regarding TD applicants and their compliance with requirements.
- Prepare and maintain TD deployment plans and status reports for each area.
- Coordinate with immediate superiors on the status of TD applications and provide timely feedback to applicants.
- Upon TD approval, assist in the development and support of TD operations with the objective of increasing sales, reducing exchanges, improving service levels, and driving market development.
- Conduct route rides with TDs to understand their operations and provide assistance when necessary.
- Work directly with Territorial Distributors and report regularly to immediate superiors.
