Distributor Manager for Cebu
to drive field sales performance, distributor partnerships, and market expansion in one of our most exciting growth hubs.

What You'll Do:

  • Achieve 100% sales vs. target across assigned distributor territories
  • Ensure prompt collection (≤ 14 days) and manage returns/rebates within 2%
  • Expand distribution reach to a minimum of 500 doors or 50% market universe
  • Lead and develop distributor teams aligned with DEG's brand and trade goals
  • Use data analytics to track performance, trends, and account health
  • Solve real-time problems and negotiate solutions with agility
  • Conduct trade checks, fieldwork, and cross-functional coordination with internal teams

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in FMCG (Distributor or Modern Trade experience preferred)
  • Strong background in handling field execution and distributor performance
  • Sharp negotiation and partnership-building skills
  • Analytical and data-savvy; can create insights and actions from sales data
  • Agile, resourceful, and resilient in high-pressure scenarios
  • Results-oriented with proven sales growth achievements
  • Must be based in Cebu
