We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Distributor Specialist to join our Sales team in Bacolod City. The role is responsible for managing and growing distributor sales performance, ensuring product availability, implementing trade programs, and strengthening relationships with distributors and trade partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales volume and value targets within assigned distributors.
  • Develop and execute distribution and market development strategies to maximize reach and product visibility.
  • Identify and expand new business channels and territories to grow the customer base.
  • Ensure on-shelf availability, timely program execution, and strong merchandising presence across channels.
  • Manage distributor relationships and performance through regular business reviews and sales analysis.
  • Create channel-centric and shopper-centric programs to drive sell-out and brand growth.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of distributor and account concerns (within a 24-hour turnaround).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry; minimum of 1 year handling distributors or equivalent role.
  • Strong understanding of distributor management and route-to-market execution.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools.
  • Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License and be willing to travel within assigned areas.
