We are looking for Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) to take charge of Samar and Leyte, leading distributor operations, driving sales growth, and executing retail strategies in fast-paced, competitive markets.

This is a high-impact, field-based role ideal for professionals who have worked with top multinational or leading local FMCG brands and are eager to take their careers to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow sales performance within the assigned territory (Samar or Leyte)
  • Manage and develop distributor partnerships, ensuring operational efficiency and sales execution
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and adherence to planogram standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and wholesale partners
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights
  • Implement promotions, trade marketing, and route-to-market strategies
  • Conduct regular store visits, trade checks, and market audits
  • Ensure compliance with company pricing, promotional guidelines, and policies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3–5+ years of FMCG sales experience, with a strong background in distributor management
  • Experience with top FMCG or household product brands is a strong advantage
  • In-depth knowledge of the retail landscape and market dynamics in Samar or Leyte
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and trade negotiation skills
  • Results-oriented, hands-on, and passionate about in-field execution
  • Willingness to relocate or be based in the assigned territory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
