We are hiring a Distributor Specialist based in Tacloban City to join our growing Sales team. The role is responsible for managing distributor performance, expanding market coverage, ensuring product availability, and executing trade and marketing programs that drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve assigned sales and distribution targets in the designated area.
  • Strengthen partnerships with distributors to ensure consistent supply, proper execution of sales programs, and excellent merchandising standards.
  • Identify new business opportunities to increase market presence and reach.
  • Ensure on-shelf availability of key SKUs and timely implementation of new product introductions.
  • Develop and implement channel- and shopper-centric programs to boost sell-out performance.
  • Resolve distributor and trade partner concerns promptly (within 24 hours).
  • Regularly review distributor operations and sales performance to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry, with 1 year in distributor management or related role.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations and route-to-market execution.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools.
  • Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License and be willing to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
