  • Achieve 100% of sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and recruit potential offline distributors to expand market presence.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners and distributors to ensure long-term business success.
  • Ensure distributors are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and support to succeed in meeting their sales targets.
  • Conduct regular visits to distributors and trade partners to provide on-site support and resolve issues.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and distributor sales.
  • Monitor distributor performance, providing guidance and feedback to optimize sales output.
  • Proactively identify market trends, competition, and external factors affecting distributor performance and strategize accordingly.
  • Lead negotiations and coordinate contracts, pricing, and promotional activities with trade partners.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on distributor performance, market conditions, and sales targets to the General Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of service and performance.
  • Identify training and development needs for distributors and provide necessary guidance to enhance their effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, distribution, or trade marketing
  • Strong understanding of retail and distributor networks
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive market growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and performance reporting
  • Ability to train, support, and guide distributor teams effectively
