Territory Manager

We're looking for a Territory Manager to take charge of our Food Service – Key Accounts segment. You'll be responsible for expanding product distribution, achieving sales and collection targets, and ensuring top-notch service to our valued clients and trade partners.

What You'll Do:
• Achieve and exceed sales, collection, and distribution targets for your assigned territory.
• Plan and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals and KPIs.
• Coordinate closely with distributors on orders, deliveries, and collections.
• Develop and maintain strong trade relationships with key accounts to ensure mutual growth.
• Recommend and implement trade marketing programs to drive product movement.
• Monitor sales performance, address field issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare volume plans, activity schedules, and reports for management review.
• Ensure timely and accurate account reconciliation and A/R management.
• Support after-sales servicing to maintain customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Marketing graduates preferred).
• At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in retail or food service trade channels.
• Proven track record in account management, negotiation, and meeting targets.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
