Job description:
I. Job Summary
Responsible in the implementation of company direction and strategies in achieving the sales target to assigned distributors in the assigned region through application of distributorship management concepts and principles and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention all the time.
II. Duties and Responsibilities
- Communicates to and liaises with distributors on matters relating to company directions and sales objectives.
· Regularly structures his/her monthly territory and account coverage plan.
· Person in Charge (PIC) of keeping a regular dialogue with the distributor and/or the account through regular consultation meetings. Regularly channels feedback from the distributor and/or the account to company. Ensures that distributors are served as partners and as an extension of Neo Laboratories Incorporated.
· Aligns distributor operations, systems and procedures to Neo Laboratories Inc. operational standards.
· Ensures distributors are complying to agreed Key Performance Indicator (KPI), contracts and/or Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), branding and merchandising standards, pricing guidelines and execution timelines of projects set by Neo Laboratories Incorporated.
· Ensures distributor compliance to timely and accurate submission of reports.
· Capable of analyzing the distributors over-all business performance and regularly conducts business reviews and joint business plans to keep them in line with the Neo Laboratories Incorporated targets in market share, in distribution reach, in productivity of key accounts.
· Capable of auditing the operations of the distributor sales personnel through store checks, operational audits, and operational contracts.
· Maintains and keeps records of negotiations to effectively track progress of distributor projects. Maintains a filing system for all documents pertaining to distributors/accounts.
- Is in-charge of generating & booking sales. Oversees the activation of accounts in territories assigned to distributors. Ensures that sales forecasts/targets are met.
· Responsible for the planning, preparation, management of the inventory to be produced, placed, sold regularly to the distributor.
· Keeps track of his/her sales performance and sales growth; Prepares monthly sales and demand forecast as accurately as possible.
· Ensures the excellent execution of promotions, distribution and in-store initiatives. Ensures the proper implementation and execution of strategic program that will increase/improve distribution-availability, sell-thru, offtake of the company's brands in the distributor while adhering to brand, company policies and guidelines.
· Collects, consolidates and analyses market information.
· Conducts quality branch/store visits on a regular basis. Audits placements and ensure that must carry list products are active and listed. Recommends the plan-o-gram for execution of merchandising teams.
· Manages inventory and assortment of stores.
· Recommends sell-out programs appropriate for account and territory and execution guidelines to merchandising teams.
· Conceptualizes, implements and monitors trade and consumer promos based on approved budget.
· Conduct business building activities such as shelf buys, inventory correction, sell-in and sell-out generating promo's etc.
- Facilitates the collection and reconciliation of receivables; Ensures that erroneous (over/under/ double/unauthorized) charging of supports and returns are reconciled with the distributor/account.
· Collects the distributor's Account Receivables (AR).
· Conducts regular reconciliation of monthly claims.
- Performs other functions which may be assigned by immediate superior to support the attainment of company goals.
· Capable of effectively collaborating with support groups.
· Adheres to company rules and policies. Shows deference to instructions and directives of immediate superiors.
Takes responsibility and accountability for the security and proper use of all company property assigned including but not limited company car, funds, documents, working supplies, and others for business purposes.
Performs other functions which maybe assigned by immediate superior either in support to divisional goal attainment; for personal or professional training; education or development as programmed by immediate superiors.
Performs sales booking and delivery functions as needed to contribute to territory expansion and sales growth.
Performs store merchandising and sampling as needed to promote sell out in accounts and in stores handled.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php21,000.00 per month
