  • Coordinate and manage service requests from clients and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the service team to communicate needs and expectations.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the service calendar to optimize resource allocation.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service outcomes.
  • Support the sales pipeline by tracking client inquiries and identifying upselling opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level; no prior experience required.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, excellent organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal and people skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
