About the role

Knoll Ridges Consultancy, Inc. is seeking a talented Finance Business Assistant to join our team in our Pasay City, Metro Manila office. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in supporting the financial operations and accounting functions of our growing business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist with the preparation of financial statements, reports and analysis
  2. Perform general accounting duties such as data entry, reconciliations and accounts payable/receivable processing
  3. Provide administrative support to the finance team, including file management and responding to inquiries
  4. Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of financial policies and procedures
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective financial controls and reporting
  6. Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned

What we're looking for

  1. At least 3-5 years of experience in a finance or accounting support role, preferably within a professional services or consultancy environment
  2. Strong proficiency in financial reporting, general accounting principles, and the use of accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero)
  3. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  4. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements in the Philippines
  7. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
