OVERVIEW:

The role will serve as support to Liner Accountants in Revenue recording and AP Vouchers processing. Assist in tax filling tasks such as updating Alphalist report and VAT relief.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process payment and create AP Voucher for expenses of Liner Principals - HLAG / NBOS / HLL
  • Record Invoices (revenues books) of HLAG/NBOS/HLL/SJJ/CUL
  • Back-up assistance in SJJ, SNK and CUL AP Vouchers
  • Assist in CWT vouching, Alphalist/SAWT update and VAT Relief
  • Filing of documents
  • Other tasks that may assigned by Immediate Supervisor or Department Head

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) in Accountancy or Finance.
  • At least 1 -2 years relevant experience in Accounting.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong excel advance and accounting application skills.
  • Can communicate clearly and handle pressure
  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently with initiative, self-organiser.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
