Job Description:

  • Assist the accounting team in maintaining accurate financial records and processing transactions
  • Perform data entry, reconciliation, and preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Liaise with internal departments to gather and verify financial information
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as required

What we're looking for

  • Strong proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office suite, especially Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the team
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Relevant educational background in Accounting or Finance
