Description

Virtual Staffing Solutions is currently looking for Customer Care Representatives to join our team. These agents will handle customer service requests and coordinate job assignments by communicating with technicians via text and email through our systems. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer calls professionally, including scheduling, resolving concerns, and managing collections.
  • Assign and coordinate jobs efficiently with technicians using company systems.
  • Maintain accurate records and updates in systems like ServiceTitan and DispatchMe.
  • Deliver excellent customer service with a customer-first mindset.
  • Take ownership of the workflow, including follow-ups, documentation, and decision-making.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience with collections and billing is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented and able to multi-task across systems.
  • Accountable with good judgment in prioritizing tasks.
