Position Summary

Join our team as a Customer Care Representative for a healthcare account where you'll support patients and clients by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing essential information across multiple channels. Your Responsibilities
  • Handle customer concerns via phone in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about healthcare products, services, and policies
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  • Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Uphold quality standards, compliance guidelines, and KPIs
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily service goals

What We're Looking For
  • Education: High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Higher
  • Experience: At least 6 months of BPO experience is required
  • Strong English communication and comprehension skills
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends
  • Amenable to report onsite at SM Clark Pampanga
