Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Representative, based in Taguig. The Customer Care Representative will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include providing exceptional support, managing communication channels, and maintaining satisfaction. The ideal candidate will help foster strong, positive relationships with clients and customers.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build effective relationships
- Knowledge of Customer Satisfaction principles and practices
- Experience in Customer Support and excellence in addressing client inquiries
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Proficiency in relevant customer support tools is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is an advantage
