To provide high-level administrative and operational support to the top management by managing schedules, communications, reports, and confidential information—ensuring the efficiency and productivity of executive functions and organizational operations.
- Manage the daily schedule, appointments, and meetings of the President or Executives.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Handle confidential documents and communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Take minutes of meetings and ensure timely dissemination of action points and follow-ups.
- Organize and maintain executive files, records, and documents.
- Coordinate logistics and arrangements for meetings, travel, and events.
- Monitor office supplies and handle administrative requests for the Executive Office.
- Ensure all tasks and requirements are executed efficiently and accurately.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Relay directives and communications from management to concerned departments.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
- Prepare executive reports, memos, and summaries as required.
- Assist in compiling business data, project updates, and performance summaries for management review.
- Maintain an updated record of company documents, permits, and important files related to executive operations.
- Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
- Represent the Executive Office with professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Perform other tasks or projects as may be assigned by the President or Managing Director.
