Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Staff member to join our team in Pasig. The ideal candidate will provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle office communications, documentation, and filing.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Prepare and organize reports, records, and other office materials.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field (preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Can work on-site in Pasig from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Manila Time).
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
