Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR & Benefits Specialist to manage and support employee benefits and HR operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate administration of company and government-mandated benefits, provide excellent service to employees, and support compliance with statutory requirements. This role is critical in delivering a seamless employee experience from onboarding to offboarding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, benefits administration, or related HR functions.
- Knowledge of company and government-mandated benefits processes and policies.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and process employee enrollments, changes, and terminations for company benefits, including HMO, Life Insurance, Car Subsidy, Communication Allowance, and Leave Benefits.
- Coordinate with external partners (HMO providers, insurance companies, and other vendors) to ensure timely and accurate processing of benefit requests.
- Maintain and update employee benefits records, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns related to benefits, escalating complex issues to the Benefits Supervisor as needed.
- Manage end-to-end offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for exiting employees.
- Support statutory compliance by processing and monitoring transactions related to SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR.
- Liaise with government agencies to ensure proper reporting and regulatory compliance.
- Promote a positive, service-oriented experience for all employees regarding benefits and HR processes.
