Key Responsibilities:

  1. Year-End HR Deliverables

  2. Compute, prepare, and facilitate the release of 13th Month Pay for all employees.

  3. Manage year-end tax annualisation and ensure accuracy of employee tax data.
  4. Prepare and distribute BIR Form 2316 to all employees in compliance with statutory deadlines.

  5. Consolidate and submit the Alphalist report to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).

  6. Payroll and Compensation Functions

  7. Handle the end-to-end process of regular and off-cycle payroll with accuracy and timeliness.

  8. Handle timekeeping and attendance reconciliation, including leave and overtime validation.
  9. Ensure proper remittance of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR contributions and reports.
  10. Validate loans and deductions to ensure accuracy in payroll processing.
  11. Compute and prepare final pay for separated employees.
  12. Prepare monthly and quarterly government reports for compliance.

  13. Processing, monitoring, and filing of SSS Sickness and Maternity Benefit reimbursements and other related claims

  14. Visa and Work Permit Processing

  15. Manage 9G Visa processing, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees.

  16. Alien Employment Permit (AEP) applications and renewals.

  17. Handle immigration reporting and ensure compliance with annual reporting requirements.

  18. Other HR Responsibilities

  19. Maintain and update HRIS data, employee records, and access permissions (knowledgeable in HRIS systems Sunfish and Greatday.

  20. Prepare and organize HR reports, templates, and trackers for payroll and compliance.
  21. Coordinate with various departments on HR-related matters and requests.
  22. Support ongoing HR projects and ensure smooth implementation of HR programs.
