Who are we looking for:

As a Learning and Organizational Effectiveness Supervisor, you are responsible for designing and developing organizational development activities and planned change efforts in line with organizational goals and strategies such as but not limited to organizational diagnosis, competency management, policy/process reviews, job designs, etc. with the intention of creating positive and sustainable impact and value to assigned teams.

  • Reviews, updates, and maintain Balanced Scorecard of assigned teams to be used to ensure alignment of goals and serves as basis/reference for performance reviews of team members.
  • Collaborates with assigned teams to ensure correct application and completion of Performance Management processes and tools.
  • Provides recommendations to group leaders regarding the group's structure, reporting lines, and span of control/ratio to create effective and efficient flow of work among team members, and ensures proper documentation and approval of changes made in the Table of Organization of assigned groups.
  • Gathers data by conducting job analysis for the creation of appropriate job descriptions, identifies appropriate Key Result Areas, Key Performance Indicators, and Key Actions needed to achieve the expected outcomes of the position, and ensured proper documentation, approval, and safekeeping of approved job descriptions.
  • Determines the appropriate requirements of the position such as job specifications/qualifications and required competencies to properly assess the value of the position through a job leveling/job grading in alignment with Compensation and Benefits division.
  • Ensures timely and accurate updating of Talent databases such as but not limited to Performance Improvement Plans, Individual Development Plans, Succession Planning and Management, Talent Mobility, Competency Assessment and Profiling, etc. which serve as a reference to support Talent Management initiatives.
  • Provides insights on the overall learning and competency gaps of assigned teams to create group-wide interventions to support continuous development of talents, discusses and calibrates results with assigned team leads.
  • Tracks progress and ensures follow-through of activities for Talent Management and Development initiatives with assigned teams.
  • Researches, creates, and utilizes various organizational diagnosis-related tools and activities to address current challenges and needs of the organizations.
  • Analyzes and presents findings with assigned team leads to create appropriate interventions and actions plans.
  • Tracks progress and ensures follow through of interventions and actions plans with assigned teams.
  • Actively participates in the planning and implementation of organization-wide Employee Engagement activities.
  • Collaborates with HR Operations and team leads of assigned teams for account-based Employee Engagement initiatives.
  • Recommends appropriate Employee Engagement activities based on client requirements and findings from organizational diagnosis.
  • Gathers data to determine impact of initiatives on employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

What does it take to be part of the team?

  • Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science Courses, and/or Human Resources Management or in a related field.
  • Must have at least 2 years relevant working experience in Organizational Development preferably with experience in another HR facet (Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, etc.)
  • Knowledgeable in Job Analysis, Performance Management, Competency Management, Organizational Development, Job Evaluation, and Talent Management.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to handle and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently across different levels and functions within the organization using various tools/methods of communication.
  • Establish and maintain effective and efficient working relationships within and outside of Human Resources.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, can work with minimal supervision, and with strong desire to achieve results and to take initiative.
  • Willing to be assigned in our Head Office: PASAY, CITY
