The Human Resources Supervisor leads the Total Rewards and Employee Relations aspect of the HR Department. Responsibility includes overseeing and administering employees' rewards, perks, and benefits. This role will be crucial in developing programs to improve the performance, engagement, and satisfaction of the employees.

Task List

1) Reward Right

a) Ensures timely processing of attendance, leaves and other transactions of all employees by observing the timekeeping and payroll calendar

b) Assists HR Coordinator with escalated and unresolved issues on timekeeping, compensation, and benefits

c) Assists with payroll functions, including time keeping processing, answering employee questions, foxing processing errors.

d) Attendance and leave monitoring.

e) Oversee data and ratio of benefit and membership enrollment for SM Ecard, SM SLAI and etc.

f) Handles HR and payroll systems related to employee records and payroll processing.

g) Assist the Cluster Director of HR in designing a fair, equitable, and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned with our company's strategy and business goals.

2) Engage Right

a) Process Employee Engagement RCPs and manage utilization/liquidation.

b) Assist Engage Right Champions in preparation of materials or budget for employee activities.

c) Provides assistance to the team as needed in employee program preparation and activities.

d) Conduct and arrange benefits campaign at least twice a year.

3) Employee Relations

a) Process, verify, and maintain employee-related documentation. Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, absences, reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations

b) Answer questions regarding examinations, eligibility, salaries, benefits, and other pertinent information

c) Ensure implementation of Code of Ethics and Code of Discipline. Apply necessary disciplinary actions as needed.

4) Offboarding Process

a) Conduct exit interviews and oversee the clearance process.

b) Monitor employee handover process and completion of documents for Final Pay processing.
