Key Responsibilities
Connecting with Potential Clients
- Research and identify businesses and industries (like e-commerce, local shops, and B2B) that would thrive with better digital marketing.
- Reach out to prospective clients to introduce them to our services (SEO, Social Media, Web Design, etc.) and start a conversation about their growth.
- Chat with business owners to understand their needs and see if our agency is the right fit for their goals and budget.
Building Relationships & Guiding Solutions
- Build genuine connections with decision-makers to understand the real challenges their businesses face.
- Present creative, tailored digital marketing strategies that solve client problems rather than just "pitching" a product.
- Guide new clients through the proposal process and welcome them to the agency, ensuring a smooth start to our partnership.
- Keep track of your conversations and potential projects to help maintain a steady flow of opportunities.
- Work side-by-side with our internal teams (SEO pros, writers, developers) to make sure your clients get exactly what they were promised.
Strategy & Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ways to attract clients and hit our collective growth goals.
- Keep an eye on industry trends and cool new tech to help us stay ahead of the curve and offer the best services.
- Share regular updates on your progress and wins with the team.
- Participate in team meetings to share your ideas on what clients are asking for and how we can help them better.
Client Success & Growth
- Check in with existing clients to ensure they are happy and explore other ways we can help them grow.
- Act as a trusted partner for your clients, ensuring they feel supported and valued for the long term.
Who We're Looking For:
- Experience: 1–3 years in a client-facing or sales role. Prior experience in a digital agency is a big plus
- Education: A background in Business or Marketing is preferred, but we value real-world skills just as much.
- Communication: You are a people person who can explain marketing concepts simply and clearly.
- Digital Savvy: You have a basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, Social Media) and are comfortable using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Mindset: You are a self-starter who loves finding solutions for clients rather than just "selling."
- Attitude: You are organized, adaptable, and ready to learn in a fast-paced environment.
