Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Business Development Executive to help expand client base. This role focuses on generating leads, closing deals, and forming partnerships with educators, institutions, and organizations. Compensation is performance-based, rewarding successful client acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and approach potential clients: schools, coaches, professional organizations, and corporate trainers.
  • Generate leads and convert them into paying clients or platform users.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support outreach campaigns.
  • Report on business development progress, market trends, and competitor insights.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or client management (preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with EdTech or online learning platforms is a plus.
  • Comfortable working on a commission-based compensation structure.
