Marketing Assistant – Sales Accreditation and Records Management

The Marketing Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the Sales and Marketing teams, primarily handling the creation and maintenance of records for accredited sales agents. The role also involves processing agent clearances, monitoring compliance requirements, assisting in exit interviews, and supporting recruitment and marketing initiatives to ensure smooth and efficient department operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Clearance Processing and Compliance Monitoring
- Facilitate the end-to-end processing of sales agent clearances, ensuring that all company policies and procedural requirements are properly followed.
- Coordinate with concerned departments to verify and consolidate any outstanding accountabilities.
- Monitor and track the status of clearance requests and ensure timely completion of all required endorsements before approval.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive clearance records, including status logs and supporting documents, for audit and reference purposes.
- Conduct exit interviews and reiterate the clearance requirements to separated sales agents.
- Ensure that compliance with regulatory and company documentation requirements is maintained prior to the release of final clearance.
Sales Agent Records and Documentation
- Create, maintain, and update records of accredited sales agents
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales accreditation documents and regularly monitor compliance with company policies
Recruitment and Screening Support
- Assist in the initial screening and coordination of sales applicants, including resume evaluation, interview scheduling, and updating applicant tracking records.
- Support recruitment campaigns and ensure timely processing of applicant requirements for accreditation.
Marketing Support
- Provide administrative assistance in implementing marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns related to sales recruitment and promotions.
- Help prepare marketing materials, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing and recruitment activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
