Position:

Sales and Marketing Manager

Work Setup:

70% Work-from-Home | 30% Fieldwork

Compensation:

Allowance: ₱20,000 – ₱25,000 (depending on experience)

Plus attractive commission incentives

Qualifications:

  • With own laptop and stable Wi-Fi connection
  • Experienced in sales and marketing (real estate background is an advantage)
  • Proficient in using social media platforms for marketing and lead generation
  • Skilled in organizing events, promotions, and client presentations
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Can work independently and effectively manage a sales team if required
  • Must be goal-oriented, organized, and proactive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve sales targets
  • Manage online and offline marketing campaigns to promote company properties and services
  • Handle client inquiries, property presentations, and closing of sales deals
  • Coordinate with the management team to execute sales and marketing activities
  • Organize marketing events, open houses, and promotional activities
  • Prepare regular sales reports and market updates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
