The Sales and Marketing Manager (Critical Care) is a high-impact, dual-focus role responsible for developing and executing integrated sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share for the Critical Care portfolio. This individual will lead the sales team, act as the subject matter expert on the Critical Care segment, and ensure all commercial activities align with clinical needs, regulatory standards, and overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development Leadership
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans, annual sales quotas, and revenue forecasts to achieve company targets within the Critical Care market (e.g., equipment, monitors, injectables, or specialized services).
- Team Management: Recruit, train, coach, and mentor the Critical Care sales team, managing performance to ensure KRA achievement and professional development.
- Key Account Management: Build and maintain high-level, influential relationships with key decision-makers, including Hospital C-suite executives ICU Directors, Procurement, and clinical staff.
- Deal Negotiation: Lead complex contract negotiations with hospitals and GPOs (Group Purchasing Organizations) to secure large-scale or long-term product adoption.
Marketing and Product Management
- Market Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive marketing plan for the Critical Care portfolio, focusing on messaging and positioning that differentiates products based on clinical and technical value.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the internal and external Critical Care expert, maintaining deep knowledge of market trends, competitive activity, clinical guidelines, and unmet customer needs.
- Lead Generation: Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, collateral, digital content, and clinical evidence packages tailored to the Critical Care segment to drive qualified leads.
- Product Launch: Lead the commercial launch strategy and execution for new products or services within the Critical Care space, coordinating across R&D, Regulatory, and Clinical teams.
Compliance and Operations
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all sales and marketing activities, messaging, and materials strictly adhere to healthcare regulations, HIPAA (or equivalent data privacy laws), and company compliance standards.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance, market share, marketing campaign ROI , and key metrics (KPIs) to inform strategic decision-making.
- Budget Management: Manage the sales and marketing budget for the division, ensuring optimal resource allocation and financial efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php130, Php150,000.00 per month
