Key Responsibilities1. Marketing & Campaign Support

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for course promotions and events.
  • Support digital marketing activities including email marketing, website updates, and online advertising.
  • Assist with the coordination of student recruitment marketing activities.

2. Social Media & Content Creation

  • Create and schedule posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Respond to comments/messages and maintain engagement.
  • Assist in developing marketing content such as flyers, brochures, blog posts, videos, and newsletters.

3. Website & Digital Tasks

  • Update course information, images, and content on the RTO website.
  • Help track digital analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
  • Support SEO activities such as keyword research and content updates.

4. Administrative Support

  • Maintain marketing databases, mailing lists, and CRM records.
  • Assist in preparing reports on marketing performance.
  • Support event coordination (open days, workshops, information sessions).
  • Organise promotional materials, printing, and supplier communication.

5. Student Enquiry Support

  • Assist in responding to general student enquiries via phone, email, and social media.
  • Provide course information and direct enquiries to the sales/ admissions team when required.

6. Branding & Compliance

  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with ASQA and RTO Standards.
  • Maintain consistent use of branding across all channels.
  • Support the team in ensuring marketing content is accurate and up to date.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php35,000.00 per month
