Position Goals: To lead and manage the Human Resources Department by ensuring the effective implementation of HR systems, policies, and employee programs across both branches. The role ensures strategic alignment with organizational goals, regulatory compliance, and fosters high employee engagement and organizational growth.

Responsibilities :

Strategic Oversight
• Provide leadership and strategic guidance to HR Officers and Generalists across both branches
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures; ensure timely updates and dissemination
• Drive initiatives on recruitment, retention, performance management, and succession planning
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, government standards, and internal regulations

HR Operations Management
• Review and approve employee movements, final pay computations, and payroll summaries
• Supervise full-cycle recruitment and onboarding across both branches
• Oversee employee file documentation and audit readiness
• Monitor benefits administration and timely submission of SSS, PhilHealth, PagIBIG, BIR, DOLE reports

Employee Relations & Development
• Address and resolve employee conflicts; handle escalated disciplinary cases
• Lead employee engagement programs and recognition activities
• Oversee internal and compliance-related training programs
• Promote a positive workplace culture and employee well-being initiatives

Administrative & Interdepartmental Coordination
• Act as liaison between HR and other departments to ensure smooth interdepartmental operations. Review HR metrics to support data-informed decisions by management
• Lead clearance and offboarding processes
• Prepare HR reports and support internal/external audits.

Professional Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience with supervisory responsibilities

  • Strong working knowledge of labor laws, compensation and benefits, and HR systems

  • Proficiency in document handling, payroll processing, and compliance reporting

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Experience working in multi-branch organizations is a plus
