What You'll Do

Client Engagement & Lead Generation

Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and social channels.

Qualify leads to ensure a strong fit for our services.

Book meetings that align with both client availability and internal schedules.

Conduct professional follow-ups, confirmations, and reminders to maximize attendance.

CRM & Database Management

Maintain an organized, accurate, and up-to-date client database.

Track all client interactions and updates within our CRM.

Social Media Management

Create engaging content and manage posting schedules.

Respond to inquiries and build rapport with prospects through social platforms.

Support brand growth and visibility across multiple digital channels.

Professional Communication & Collaboration

Work closely with internal teams to align goals and strategies.

Handle objections with professionalism and provide clear, useful information.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Monitor key metrics such as appointment success and conversion rates.

Share weekly and monthly progress reports with the team.

Minimum technical requirements:

Processor (CPU): Intel Core i5 (10th gen or newer) or AMD Ryzen series

or newer)

RAM: 8 GB minimum (16 GB recommended)

Storage: 256 GB SSD (minimum)

Operating System: Windows 10/11 (Pro or Home) or macOS

Webcam & Microphone: 720p HD webcam and external microphone or headset

with noise cancellation for clear communication

What We're Looking For

Strong experience in appointment setting, cold calling, and lead generation.

Hands-on experience with social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or similar platforms).

Real estate industry or Keller Williams (KW) background is strongly preferred.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

A proactive, adaptable, and results-driven mindset.
