About Us

We are a growing commercial cleaning company that provides high-quality janitorial and facility cleaning services to businesses. We are looking for a motivated B2B Appointment Setter to help us schedule walkthroughs, estimates, and sales appointments with qualified commercial prospects.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to local businesses (offices, medical, warehouses, retail, property managers, etc.)
  • Introduce our cleaning services using a script and professional tone
  • Identify decision-makers and qualify their cleaning needs
  • Schedule walkthroughs, estimates, and discovery calls on our calendar
  • Follow up with leads via phone, email, or text
  • Log all interactions into our CRM (training provided)
  • Meet weekly appointment goals and maintain consistent outreach

Qualifications

  • Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales preferred
  • Comfortable making high-volume cold calls
  • Clear speaking voice + strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle objections and stay positive
  • Organized and able to follow scripts + processes
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-driven
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.)
