As an Appointment Setter (ISA), you will spend your day speaking with real estate professionals and inviting them to educational events designed to support their business growth. These calls are warm in nature—your goal is simply to connect, engage, and schedule them for complimentary training sessions offered by Club Wealth.

What You'll Do

  • Make outbound calls to real estate agents to introduce them to our free coaching and training events
  • Schedule appointments and register agents for webinars, classes, and workshops
  • Follow conversation guides while still creating a natural, friendly dialogue
  • Use multiple online platforms to track calls, notes, and registrations
  • Represent Club Wealth professionally and positively in every interaction

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to hold natural, flowing conversations
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
  • Able to multitask using several online tools simultaneously
  • Reliable computer, headset with microphone, and stable internet connection
  • Self-motivated, consistent, and able to work independently
  • Availability to work during Pacific Standard Time business hours
