Overview

We are seeking a confident, articulate, and highly professional individual who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. This role requires someone who is comfortable initiating conversations with decision-makers, managing multiple tasks with precision, and playing a vital role in the client acquisition process.

BASE SALARY: 30,000 PHP

COMMISSION: Up to 70,000 PHP per closed appointment

Responsibilities:

  • Cold call brands and business owners to introduce our services.
  • Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales pipeline
  • Schedule meetings with our closers to present, build rapport, and close deals.
  • Occasionally sit in on sales calls to observe or assist when necessary
  • Collaborate with the internal team to improve outreach strategies and client communications
  • Make inbound + outbound calls and route them appropriately

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting is required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Meet, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks or accounts
  • Willing to adapt, take initiative, and grow within a startup environment
  • Available to start immediately, our business hours are 9am to 5pm EST
