We are seeking an experienced Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Specialist to support our business development team. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in a performance-based, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media engagement.
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales or executive team, ensuring all details are logged accurately in the CRM.
- Research and identify potential clients in target markets (healthcare, legal, small business, professional services).
- Maintain and update lead lists using CRM tools
- Follow up on warm leads from marketing campaigns or referrals.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Track and report weekly progress, including leads generated, appointments booked, and show-up rates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in lead generation, appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM and outreach tools
- Ability to meet or exceed performance targets in a remote, independent work setting.
- Professional demeanor with a customer-centric approach.
Compensation & Contract Terms
- Type: Independent Contractor (remote)
- Hours: Flexible schedule with availability during U.S. business hours
- Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and performance (commission and bonus opportunities available)
- Tools & Systems: Contractor must use company-approved systems for communication, lead tracking, and time monitoring (e.g., Hubstaff, Teams, CRM).
