Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Content & Admin Coordinator with 4+ years experience to join our team. This role involves managing website content, executing email campaigns, and providing administrative support, all while contributing to our mission of transforming property management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload and edit content on the company website, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Perform small image edits to enhance visual content as needed.
  • Coordinate and send monthly and weekly EDMs, using templates designed by SearchMax.
  • Conduct day-to-day administrative tasks to support the team, including data entry, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure content is up-to-date and reflects current promotions or information.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with daily administrative tasks.
  • Maintain organized project management documents to track progress and deadlines.
  • Serve as a point of contact for team members regarding content updates and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in content management or administrative roles; experience in the real estate or property management sector is a plus.
  • Proficient in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and familiar with basic image editing software (e.g., Canva).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) and basic analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and high standards for quality in all deliverables.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter who is proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Php30, Php50,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
