We are expanding our innovative, patient-centered approach and are looking for a skilled and creative contractor to support our content and administrative operations.
Position Summary
We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Admin Assistant and Content Coordinator to join our remote team. This dual-role position involves daily content creation, design, and media production, alongside administrative support for key business expansion activities.
You will primarily be responsible for designing marketing materials, producing digital content, and supporting brand messaging, while also supporting the Executive Assistant with non-clinical business tasks.
Key Responsibilities
A. Marketing & Content Creation (Primary Focus)
- Create and publish engaging daily content (graphics, text, video) across our social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Design a variety of marketing materials, including social media graphics, digital ads, email templates, web banners and digital ads.
- Edit video content for marketing and social media use (e.g., social media clips, tutorials, marketing videos), producing high-quality final versions.
- Contribute to content updates on our website (e.g., blog posts, service pages) using CMS platforms like Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress.
- Support social media management and ensure content aligns with brand standards and strategy.
B. Administrative & Business Support (Secondary Focus)
- Assist the Executive Assistant with research, documentation, and coordination tasks for business development.
- Maintain an organized Google Drive structure and support internal documentation processes.
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Preferred Experience
- Professional proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or graphic design.
- Portfolio showcasing design, video editing, and content development projects.
- Proficiency in Canva and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
Technical Proficiency
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and content platforms.
- Experience with website CMS tools (preferably Wix).
- High-level proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets)
Professional Skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fully remote setting.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills for producing clear, audience-appropriate copy.
Additional Considerations
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
- Basic understanding of SEO for web content is preferred.
- Experience supporting executive staff or coordinating virtual business operations is beneficial.
- Must be available for scheduled meetings aligned with California business hours (PST/PDT).
