We are looking for a Marketing Admin Specialist in the Philippines to handle our Digital Engagements for Lead Generation.

This is a remote position.

Two to three years of work related experience.

Contract engagement - 40 hours per week, no strict graveyard shift.

A. Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital and Social Media Marketing

  • Community management: Build, grow, and manage brand communities across social media platforms, forums, and other online channels.
  • Develop and schedule engaging content, such as posts, articles, videos, and graphics, to foster interaction and discussion.
  • Monitor social media trends, user-generated content, and community sentiment. Use analytics tools to track key metrics, report on performance, and identify areas for improvement.

2. Webinar Management

  • Manage the advertisements for Schedules of Webinar sessions for each programmes
  • Collaborate with Internal team for achieving the desired number of attendees and target market audiences
  • Coordination with Presenters and Registrations of target market for the sessions that converts to qualified leads

B. Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 2 years experience in a related marketing roles.
  2. Strong written and verbal English communication
  3. Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  4. Familiarity with Software tools essential for the Marketing operations
  5. Basic video editing
  6. Ability to work independently in a remote environment
