About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin and Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the coordination of daily administrative and logistics operations, ensuring that workflow, stock management, and documentation are handled efficiently and accurately.

You'll play a key part in keeping our operations organised — from order tracking and supplier coordination to record-keeping and communication support — while working closely with internal teams to maintain seamless day-to-day activities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support daily logistics operations including shipment tracking, order fulfilment, and supplier communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory and order records.
  • Assist with administrative functions such as documentation, scheduling, and digital file management.
  • Monitor pending orders or deliveries and follow up to ensure completion within deadlines.
  • Liaise with couriers, suppliers, and internal departments to streamline operational processes.
  • Prepare reports, maintain spreadsheets, and update relevant systems as needed.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the team.

Skills and Experience
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, logistics, or operations coordination role.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for data management and reporting.
  • Familiarity with inventory or logistics management platforms is highly regarded.
  • Understanding of order fulfilment or supply chain workflows.
  • Experience using Gmail and is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of software such as Fishbowl, Zoho, Hiver, or Zendesk is preferred but not essential.
