Outbound Sales Representative – Spanish-Speaking

This role is open to:

● Native Spanish speakers currently living in the Philippines

● Filipino bilinguals who speak Spanish professionally and fluently

Compensation and Benefits

● Base Salary: $1,100 - $1,200/month (fixed)

● Commission: 5% of your total net sales per month

● Incentives (after 90 days of consistent top performance)

● Access to the Nooro Sales Accelerator Program, where top performers consistently earn $4,000–$5,000 per month

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for experienced outbound sales professionals with strong communication skills in both Spanish and English. The ideal candidate has a background in healthcare or wellness campaigns and is confident in hard selling and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

● Engage Spanish-speaking prospects through outbound calls using effective sales scripts

● Present and sell wellness products with confidence and professionalism

● Handle objections and close sales effectively

● Understand customer needs and adjust sales approach accordingly

● Accurately document customer information in the CRM system

● Maintain organized records of calls, sales, and customer insights

● Proactively address customer concerns to uphold brand integrity

● Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Qualifications

● Minimum of 3 to 6 months of outbound phone sales experience

● Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas

● Strong command of Spanish (native-level or professional bilingual fluency)

● Excellent communication and negotiation skills

● Experience in health, wellness, or medical-related campaigns is preferred

● Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms

● Emotionally intelligent, persuasive, and highly motivated

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

Work Arrangement

● Remote work, open to candidates residing anywhere in the Philippines

● Willingness to work in alignment with the target market's time zone if required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php65, Php70,000.00 per month
