We're looking for sales professionals with a full-cycle sales background, ideally in healthcare or wellness campaigns, who thrive on building relationships and closing deals.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Proactively connect with prospective and existing customers using proven, effective scripts.
  • Position yourself as a trusted product expert—answering questions, providing solutions, and showcasing the long-term value of our offerings.
  • Deliver personalized sales pitches, adapting your approach to each unique customer.
  • Understand customer needs deeply to close sales with precision.
  • Keep customer records up-to-date in our database.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle concerns promptly, protecting and enhancing Nooro's reputation.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets and create new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of calls, sales, and valuable customer insights.

What You Bring:

  • At least 3 years of outbound sales or equivalent experience.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, especially over the phone.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Emotional intelligence and the ability to connect with people authentically.
  • Experience in hard selling and a high close rate.
  • Proficiency in English and confidence using CRM tools and phone systems.
  • Ability to quickly learn and present product knowledge clearly.
  • Resilience and focus in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Academic or professional background in the Medical or Health & Wellness sector is a plus.
  • Reliable setup: 16 GB RAM and at least 100 Mbps internet speed to ensure smooth performance and uninterrupted workflow.

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
