Job Description

The Market Lead Specialist will be responsible for:

Developing and executing strategies to generate qualified B2B leads and business opportunities.

Identifying, approaching, and building relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.

Designing and implementing lead generation campaigns across digital and offline channels.

Conducting market research to track trends, competitive activity, and opportunities for growth.

Creating compelling marketing and sales materials that highlight the company's value proposition.

Managing digital initiatives (social media, email campaigns, CRM, analytics) to strengthen brand visibility and conversion.

Coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent client messaging and positioning.

Representing the company in industry events, networking activities, and client meetings.

Measuring and reporting lead generation performance, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, or business development (preferably in IT, outsourcing, or professional services).

Strong knowledge of lead generation tactics, account-based marketing, and client engagement.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

Strategic thinker who can translate insights into actionable growth plans.

Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
