About the Role

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for communicating with potential and current customers, managing sales processes, conducting training sessions, and overseeing sales management. Additionally, the specialist will provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management.
  • Ability to conduct training sessions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
