You'll manage large-scale email sequences, refine LinkedIn Sales Navigator strategies, and continuously improve automation workflows. Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize automated email campaigns for 11,000+ prospects.

  • Execute strategic cold outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate qualified leads.

  • Operate and improve automation systems integrated with Sales Navigator.

  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust follow-up sequences for maximum conversions.

  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement improved marketing automation platforms and tools.

  • Troubleshoot automation workflows to resolve errors and enhance results.

  • Provide strategic recommendations for process improvements and scaling outreach efforts.

Requirements

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and advanced prospecting techniques (required).

  • Proven background in cold outreach, lead generation, and marketing automation.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Slodesk, BotDog, or similar).

  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Canva, Calendly, ChatGPT, Instagram, and WordPress.

  • Strong expertise in email marketing automation and campaign optimization.

  • Analytical mindset with ability to assess and recommend tech solutions.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver who can prevent and resolve automation errors.

  • Comfortable managing large databases, segmentation, and lead scoring.

  • Independent, self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills.
