IDC is seeking a data-driven and strategic Marketing Analytics & Operations Manager to lead the refinement of performance reporting and drive insights that fuel pipeline growth. This role is pivotal in enabling data-informed decisions across the global marketing organization through scalable dashboards, robust analytics, and seamless lead management processes.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing Operations, this role will take charge of creating and evolving self-service dashboards that fuel insights for the marketing organization. Successful candidates will have a strong background in building SFDC and downstream reports, analyzing marketing activity across geographies, and be committed to data accuracy and integrity. This role also oversees lead flow processes and manages a small team focused on operationalizing and optimizing lead distribution.

Responsibilities:
- Execute reporting that measures marketing's contribution to pipeline, campaign engagement, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Design, build, and maintain self-service Salesforce dashboards that are intuitive, accurate, and aligned with stakeholder needs.
- Drive adoption of self-service analytics tools across the marketing organization.
- Conduct detailed data analysis to extract key insights and provide summary reports to leadership and stakeholders.
- Continually refine data processes and analytics methodologies, staying updated with industry trends, and work to identify gaps and lead data quality initiatives to address them.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams to align data definitions and lead routing logic.
- Partner with data and technology teams to refine or build infrastructure needed to meet reporting or routing requirements.
- Prioritize and manage multiple high-impact reporting initiatives with agility and precision.
- Coach and develop a high-performing team focused on lead routing and process optimization.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of marketing operations, analytics, or a related field in a B2B environment.
- Minimum 2+ years of people management experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboarding.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, campaign performance metrics, and pipeline attribution.
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Experience working with large datasets across multiple platforms to build dashboards and visualizations.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platform reporting (Marketo), Google Analytics 4, and BI tools (Power BI, Looker Studio), preferred.
- Hands-on experience in B2B lead assignment processes, preferred. Lead routing tool management (e.g. LeanData, Chili Piper) a big plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exemplary oral and written communication skills, including ability to concisely present project deliverables and outcomes.
- This is a global role requiring alignment with U.K. business hours.
